We are committed to only collecting the information necessary to provide and improve Finagle. a. Account
To create a Finagle account, you must provide a valid email address, first name, and last name

b. Device Information
When you use Finagle, our servers may record certain information about your device. This information may include information such as an equipment identifier (e.g., IMEI, UDID), subscriber identifier (e.g., IMSI), device name, device type and manufacturer, operating system type and version, wireless carrier / operator, network type, country of origin, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the dates and times of your requests. We use this information to provide our services, as well as provide support if needed.

c. Location
When you use Finagle, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city that you are located within and to help us provide a better experience and prevent fraud and abuse. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.

d. Analytics
We use web and mobile analytics software to measure how people use our website and app so that we can improve our products and services. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit.

3. Cookie Policy

8. Opt-out
You can stop all collection of information by deleting your Finagle account and no longer visiting the Finagle website.

9. Change in Control
In the event that Finagle is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to a new entity.

10. Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be revised. If we make material changes to this policy, then we will notify you in our application, here on this website, by email, or by means of a notice on the Finagle home page.
